My Tesla Model 3 is experiencing premature suspension failures involving the lower lateral links and stabilizer links. These components were already replaced once, and they are failing again in less than 30,000 miles. This is not normal wear for suspension parts on a modern vehicle. These failures
... cause clunking, instability, and looseness in the front end—conditions that affect the vehicle’s ability to track straight and maintain control, especially over uneven pavement or during emergency maneuvers. This isn’t an isolated case. There are extensive reports from other Tesla owners across multiple models (Model 3 and Model Y in particular) showing the same premature wear on these suspension links. Many owners have parts failing even earlier. Once the car is out of warranty, Tesla charges thousands of dollars to replace these components, despite clear indications that the suspension was under-engineered for the weight of the vehicle. Tesla knows this is a recurring issue but refuses to issue a recall or goodwill repairs. A repeated failure of critical suspension links in such low mileage suggests a defect. These parts should not be wearing out this fast, and the resulting instability poses a real safety risk. I’m requesting NHTSA investigate these premature failures.Read more

My car started to stutter whenever I was at a red light and had to accelerate or when I was turning and had to coast and then accelerate. I thought it was my tires and had Goodyear check my tires.. ... g. I brought it into the dealership on Friday, October 3rd. It has been at the dealership ever since. they told me that I need a new torque converter bed. Unfortunately, my extended warranty expired on September 12, 2025. I was driving around with it with the symptoms thinking it was other things. I brought it in when it got worse. It has been at the dealership for a whole week. I went online to check the whole situation out and found out that FORD is very aware of this design problem. It’s the same problem that they’ve been aware of for years. It’s a design flaw in this model car. They are no longer making it. This is the reason why. They are telling me it’s gonna cost anything from $7100-$8500. I went online and found a lot of other people that have had the same issue and they have paid $1600.Read more

Shortly after, the water pump failed completely, causing “High Temperature” warnings and putting me at risk of sudden overheating and breakdown on the road. DME (Engine Control Unit) – This was supposedly updated during the recall, but it failed to detect existing problems. Before the recall, I was never warned about issues with the turbo or oil leaks. Immediately after the recall update, the car started misfiring and showing drivetrain malfunction. The recall did not prevent or detect the failures as promised. Valve Cover Gasket (Oil Leak) – After the recall, a severe valve cover oil leak appeared, causing lean air/fuel mixture, misfires, and risk of fire. Oil leaking onto engine components is a known safety hazard. The dealer admitted the gasket leak existed but refused to cover it. Turbocharger / Wastegate – The DME flagged turbo wastegate actuator problems after the recall. The turbo cannot be ordered separately from the actuator, leading to very expensive repairs. Before the recall update, this issue was not visible, so I believe the recall software either failed to detect earlier or triggered worse conditions. Because of these combined failures, the car became unsafe to drive: misfires caused loss of power, overheating warnings increased risk of sudden engine shutdown, and the oil leak created a fire hazard. An independent mechanic later confirmed the water pump failure and valve cover gasket leak, which I had to repair at my own expense. I believe the recall defect (coolant pump connector / DME) caused or contributed to the damage of the water pump, gasket, and turbocharger. BMW and the dealer refused to repRead more

On [XXX], I purchased a 2023 Jeep Gladiator from Lakeland Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep Ram in Lakeland, Florida. At the time of purchase. I purchased a 36K/3 Year Bumper to Bumper warranty on the vehicle. After purchasing the vehicle, I noticed that several lights would come on in the vehicle. So I took t
... he vehicle to the shop. The vehicle was taken to Posner Park Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep , RAM. A diagnostic test was completed, and they informed me that the airbags were inoperable, and the harnesses were sliced. The front door lock was also not working as well as other items. There was no way for me to know that the airbags were in that type of shape when I purchased the vehicle. I contacted Lakeland Jeep and spoke to about 5 managers as well as my salesperson Kyle. Justin Purdy asked me to forward the paperwork to his email and ii did do so. The problem is that I was sold a vehicle that was unsafe, and I purchased a warranty to cover the cost of the repairs. No one from Lakeland Jeep has contacted me back about this situation. I have spent $2,600 in repairs that I should not have had to pay. I am filing this complaint because this is not the proper way to deal with customers. I going to take the appropriate actions against this dealership starting today. I should not have had to pay this amount of money for these repairs. The warranty did not cover the repairs. The dealership should have made sure the vehicle was inspected prior to selling this vehicle to me. I have pictures of the vehicle prior to purchase that was on the dealership’s website. I have screen shots of the vehicle. I have my bill of sale which contains the warranty that was purchased. This is unfair and unethical. I am not happy about how I have been treated and I am not happy with the fact that I was driving a vehicle without all the safety equipment in place.
