SIDE WINDOW ARE NO LONGER CLEAR. THEY APPEAR TO HAVE SOME BREAKDOWN IN THE GLASS COATING OR IN INNER LAYERS. THIS MAKES IT DIFFICULT TO READ SIGNS OR CLEARLY DISTINGUISH OBJECTS THROUGH THE SIDE WINDOW GLASS, WHICH I BELIEVE IS A SAFETY HAZARD. THIS CONDITION IS GETTING WORSE OVER TIME.

THE DEALER REFERENCED NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER 02V120000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:IGNITION:SWITCH), BUT THEY DID NOT REPAIR THE VEHICLE UNDER THE RECALL. INSTEAD, THE CONTACT WAS CHARGED OVER $300. HE SPOKE WITH THE MANUFACTURER AND FILED A CASE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 125,000 AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 125,500.
