I have had multiple issues and repairs completed including two recalls for the battery. Two repairs to the flapper in ac system and damper in front end replaced under 24000 miles. I have had two radios and amp replaced and now need another being it does the same as before and never works when I t
... ry to use usb and over heats my phone, which the dealership has been non compliant with warranty being they either state I can’t duplicate or do not produce full history reports. I have had three dealership make repairs in the last 2 years and it is now approaching 36000 and they are aware of the reoccurring issues. I have been instructed not to charge in or near a my home but that is why I bought the hybrid for the electric as well. They keep stating they have no loaners and I would be without my vehicle for over two days just for diagnostics. They have had the jeep in the shop and stated the radio had turned itself on when Jeep was not on. There are definitely many electrical issues connecting these things and it is just being pushed off by Stellantis. Now there looks to be a stress crack in front windshield I am taking to a windshield company as there are no visible rock chips just crack from bottom 1/4 way up and running.Read more

The brakes aren’t working properly due to loss of vacuum. This happens anytime I’m stopping at a red light or parking which can result in me hitting someone or another vehicle. This has been confirmed by Firestone Compete Auto Care but they were unable to fix it. Ford says this TSB applies to

Incident date: Apr 23, 2026
While driving, the steering begins to bind and resist when turning, especially to the left. The wheel will “catch” and then suddenly release, causing a jerking motion and loss of smooth steering control. This creates a serious safety concern because the steering does not respond consistently. D
... uring the same event, the air suspension system lowered the vehicle into a safety mode without driver input. The suspension would not raise back up, and the dashboard displayed suspension warnings. The vehicle lowered itself immediately after the steering bind occurred. These symptoms match the same failure pattern described in the recall for 2014–2017 Range Rover and Range Rover Sport models involving front suspension/steering knuckle issues and steering safety concerns. Even though my 2013 model year is not included in the recall, it is experiencing the same steering binding and suspension safety‑mode behavior. This issue creates a risk of loss of steering control and unsafe vehicle handling. I am requesting that NHTSA investigate whether the recall should be expanded to include the 2013 model year.Read more

Description of Incident: 1. Component/System Failure: The engine cooling system and head gasket failed. A certified shop has confirmed coolant intrusion and a failed leak-down test on Cylinder 2. The vehicle is available for inspection upon request. 2. Safety Risk: My safety and the safety of my fam
... ily and other drivers were put at extreme risk. On March 1, 2026, the vehicle suffered a sudden loss of motive power while traveling at 70 MPH on the freeway. The car dropped to 15 MPH instantly, forcing me to maneuver across active lanes to a narrow shoulder with almost no space. I was nearly hit by high-speed traffic. This has occurred over 8 times since 2023. 3. Confirmation by Service Center: The problem has been reproduced and confirmed by an independent service center On Site Lube Auto & Tire. They utilized a borescope and leak-down test to verify the internal engine failure. 4. Inspections: The vehicle has been inspected by a certified independent technician. I am in the process of notifying the manufacturer (Honda) of these findings for their inspection and accountability. 5. Warning Lamps & Symptoms: Prior to the total power loss, the vehicle displayed engine temperature warnings and "check engine" lights. These symptoms first appeared approximately 8 months after purchase in 2023 and have progressively worsened, leading to the current engine failure. 6. Additional Notes: This failure is identical to issues cited in active class-action lawsuits regarding Honda's engine defects, affecting both standard and Hybrid models. I am communicating via written report/email for documentation and accessibility purposes.Read more

The contact's husband owns a 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the vehicle failed to accelerate upon depression of the accelerator pedal. The check engine warning light appeared on the instrument panel during the failure. Despite the vehicle operating in
... LIMP Mode, the vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where an oil change was performed. The mechanic warned after the service was performed that there may be an ongoing failure with the engine. Several days later, the contact stated that while in stop and go traffic, the vehicle stalled with the check engine warning light illuminated. Due to the failure, the vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic where a diagnostic test was performed; and the contact was informed that the failure might be related to the cam shaft. The contact had the vehicle towed to a dealer and informed that the failure was probably related to the high-pressure fuel pump. The high-pressure fuel pump was replaced; however, the failure persisted. The contact was then informed by the dealer that the engine needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The vehicle remained with the dealer unrepaired. The failure mileage was approximately 200,000.Read more

My mechanic observed the fuel tank shield (WFN500021) in the undercarriage was totally rusted-out. This fuel tank shield holds the fuel tank. The part was completely rusted and the concern is that the fuel tank will fall out while driving - and igniting. I have shopped around for parts - every de

Took the vehicle in and still having brake problems and now they said, we definetly need to get suspension done because, it could possibly be the Hub and they want to do another diagnostics. Incident date: May 6, 2016
TRADED IN 2013 FORD EXPLORER 2WD FOR 39K MILES RANGE ROVER SPORT FROM A MASERATI DEALER IN DAYTONA BEACH. THE SALESMAN PROMISED A INSPECTION REPORT AND WE TOOK FOR A TEST DRIVE ALONG I 95 SOUTHBOUND. I COMMENTED ON BRAKING AND MILD SHAKING OF STEERUNG WHEEL (JUDDERING). UPON RETURNING TO DEALER PARK
... ING LOT, INSPECTED BRAKE PADS AND ROTOS VISABLY AND APPEAR TO BE AN ISSUE. I TRIED TO GET LAND ROVER DEALERS TO CHECK VEHICLE AND CALLED TWO FROM MASERATI DEALER, BUT HAD TO WAIT A WEEK TO GET IN. SO I TOOK THE RRS AND SIGNED A "WE OWE YOU" FORM. NEXT DAY THERE GM AND SERVICE DEBT COULDNT HELP WITH BRAKES, SO I TRIED TO RETURN RRS, TO NO AVAIL. FINALLY TOOK TO LR OF ORLANDO AND FOUND WARPED ROTORS WERE THE ISSUE. CONTACTED MASERATI DEALER, NO HELP, HE WOULD NOT GIVE ME A COPY OF THW "WE OWE YOU" DEALER FORM. SENT COMPLAINT TO FL DMV COMPLAINT. NO HELP. TOOK RRS AFTER1100 MILES TO 2ND JLR DEALER IN NY, SAME ISSUE, WARPED ROTORS. MOST NOTICABLE WHEN APPLYIN BRALES OVER 65 MPH. JUDDING- SHIMMY. MASERATI DEALER PROVIDED A COPY OF AN RO A MONTH BEFORE SALE, SHOWING FRONT AND REAR ROTORS WERE MACHINED AND NEW PADS INSTALLED. OWNER DYE STATED THREE DAYS AFTER SALE, WHEN I SPOKE TO HIM ON BRAKES, HE SAID, THE NEW PADS WOULD WEAR IN. NOW 2 LR DEALERS WANT ANYWHERE FRON $700 TO $1300 TO REPLACE ROTORS. MASERATI DEALER REFUSES TO PAY UNDER 60DAY/3000 MILES LIMITED WRITTEN WARANTEE, AND TLOD ME IT WAS MY RIGHT TO GET AN ATTORNEY. THE WARP BRAKES CAN CAUSED AN ACCIDENT ON I 95 FL-NY IF THEY LOCK UP CALIBERS. HAD I4X4 FORD BRONCO ON A FRIDAY NITE. NO FUN, BUT SAFELY STOP AND GOT REPACED CALIBER/PADS/ROTOR. DOES ANYONE ELSE HAVE PROBLEMS WITH MASERATI DEALERS, CALLED MASERATI CUSTOMER CARE NO HELP!Read more
