This car on April 2nd, 2026 did not stop. I had pulled into a parking lot. Parked in the same space I have parked in for the last 12/13? Years. Upon driving into the space .. I pressed my brakes down for the car to stop. It did not stop. The car kept going/rolling My husband the passenger told me
... to STOP. I heard him plainly say. I told him I am stopping. But the car would not stop. It kept going and rolling into a brick building at the end of the parking space. We braced ourselves. What else do you do when your car won’t stop I was probably goingb8 mph. Nothing fast. Not on the phone. 75 degree perfect weather in [XXX] I’ve had this car about five months. No problem at all until this incident never in my life had I ever had brakes to fail me. Well the brakes failed. Technology is built by men and programmed by men. I am a nine car Honda owner. This car has a brake technology problem. With all the technology, it should have stopped on its own. It didn’t. When brakes are applied technology should work. In this case technology failed. This car has a brake defect technology problem. Brakes were applied a car doesn’t have to have a recall on it for it not to have a technology problem. These cars are not perfect. Programmed and built by human hands. ImnsurevifvMr. Soichiro Honda sat down with me and did this problem with one of his cars.. he would surely say” I’m sorry that happened to you” I’m sorry you’re brakes did not work and they did not . American Honda needs to recognize accountability. I wish they would experience what I experienced. It would be a scary situation that is if you survived yrs, I’m sure if it happened to them. No car is perfect. This one sure isn’t. I no longer am an owner of this 2025 Honda Pilot. Death trap it’s gone to somebody else. My Prius has a brake actuator defect that is common among 2013 Priuses. Supposedly Toyota mailed a notification of this problem, but did not do a recall. The notification offered to fix the problem, but you had to know that your Prius had the problem. I did not know. Once I understood that my Prius
... had this problem, the Toyota repair window had closed. The Prius is dangerous to drive. I approached Toyota and the dealer that sold me the car, and Toyota refused to authorize the repair and so the dealership refused to fix at their expense. I spent thousands on unnecessary brake replacement because the problem was never the brakes but the brake actuator, which is a KNOWN PROBLEM! Yes, the problem is able to be discerned upon request and I have taken video and you can hear the noise. This problem puts the driver, passengers and other vehicles at risk. There are no warnings or lights showing this problem, but the noise is loud, grinding and obvious.Read more

The contact owns a 2019 Ram 1500 Promaster. The contact stated that while her husband was driving at approximately 40 MPH, the vehicle was shaking and making an abnormally loud grinding noise. The contact’s husband stated that the ABS and ESC warning lights were illuminated. The contact's husband
... pulled over, turned the vehicle off, and had it towed to a dealer. The local dealer diagnosed and determined that the transmission needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The contact stated that prior to the failure the vehicle was not able to shift into reverse(R) for more than a year. The contact stated that the day the vehicle was picked up from the dealer, on the trip back to the residence the transmission began to make loud abnormal grinding noises, and the vehicle was shaking and jolting into the next gear. The contact stated that her husband had the vehicle towed to an independent mechanic. The independent mechanic diagnosed the vehicle and performed repairs on the transmission which allowed the vehicle to move forward. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 76,000.Read more

On the Dash the amber ABS light came on as well as the red Brake light and they stayed on for a couples and I took it to the shop and they said it was the "Steering Angle Sensor" and they changed it and the lights came back on a day later and they took another look from head to toe and they couldn't
... find a reason why the ABS and Brake Lights were staying on and now its only intermit after four weeks, it cost me about $644.00 dollars for the SAS plus $130.00 for diagnostic plus renter car and the lights still come on (Meineke Auto Shop.) On the screen of the car it states something wrong with the Electrical Vacuum Pump but they checked and the scanner is not pulling nothing up and the shop end up stating, it was probably an "electrical issue." I believe with the miles the car has, it shouldnt had needed any new sensor and there is a possible electrical defect or bad wiring. Car has no accidents and drives fine and straight but the lights come on a few times a week but never when Im driving only when its first turned on.Read more

I have experienced the "Death Wobble" numerous times. I have spent thousands of dollars since owning the truck chasing whatever we thought might be the issue. Ball joints, steering damper, tie rods/end, track bar, stabilizer bar, tires, the list is long. Stops for a time then starts up again.
... Death wobble consists of speeds over 60 mph and hitting bump and wheels wobble uncontrollably. I am upset that Ford would of made this type of self sealed power rack that can fail and one will lose all control of the steering. Because it is so hard to turn the wheels. No woman can turn when in this situation and can wreak their Explorer because of this failure. Ford need to fix this issue and not just put the same part back into the Explorer. Moisture has been collecting in both headlight assemblies for the past 3 years, whenever the car is outside or driven in the rain. Recently, this caused both high/low beam headlights to burn out. Replacing the bulbs is not enough, as the bulbs immediately burn out/smoke and blow out because of the w
... ater accumulation. On the driver side headlight, there was actually standing water in the headlight assembly that came pouring out when the cover was removed to replace the bulb. Dealership says both headlight assemblies must be replaced entirely to resolve the issue, due to corrosion. The vehicle has never been in an accident (there are NO cracks from collision, etc.). This appears to be a manufacturing defect or an issue with seal. This is a crazy expensive repair, to have to have the entire headlights replaced on the vehicle, on both sides, because they are not properly sealed/allow condensation and accumulation of water to take place. Can GM please cover the cost of this? Otherwise, this might be the last GM car I ever buy... This is also a major safety issue, as one must have working headlamps. Without an entirely new headlight assembly on each side, the lightbulbs, when replaced, burn out unexpectedly almost immediately, within weeks of replacement.Read more
