I would like to update my previous safety concern since both concerns are related to separate recall issues. This concern is related to my vehicle experiencing potential electrical issues which appear to be similar to the same 12-volt battery management failures that are currently recalled in the Bronco Sport models. The "Charging System Service Now" alarm continues to pop up, sometimes every 30 seconds. I have not able to use my communication and navigation system for months now which has caused continuous issues which first started with my gps taking me to a completely different location on several occasions. This has caused me to get lost, be late, and be distracted while trying to fix the navigation error. These electrical issues have affected the safety of myself and my passengers due to the potential for complete electrical power loss, including loss of navigation/communications. It has also resulted in me getting pulled over by law enforcement twice: Once, where I received a warning for failing to use my turn signal when exiting which was the result of my entire screen going black while I was using my GPS and panicked. The second time was for speeding: 1. I was distracted because the Charging System Service alarm popped up on my dashboard. 2. My navigation screen was not working which I what I used to monitor the speed limit and maintain correct speed when the sign was not visible. 3. According to research, this may have affected the accuracy of the speed gun since I did not agree with the speed the officer detected. Research into this issue did, in fact, indicate that electromagnetic interference caused by the electrical faults and alternator issues can produce broadband noise or EMI which may overload or confuse the sensitivity of the radar gun, causing a false speed reading. Yes, the Ford Dealership was contacted, and I was told they did not have the parts/software available to fix the electrical issue. A mechanic also indicated issues with the alternator.

The "Charging System Service Now" alarm continues to pop up, sometimes every 30 seconds. I am also not able to use my communication and navigation system, and I am not sure if this is related to the same electrical system malfunctions. Furthermore, on three recent occasions, my vehicle stalled while I was pulling out of a street which was on a slight incline, another while I was on a hill in a parking lot, and another while I was reversing and putting my car into 1st gear to drive. During all of these occasions, my vehicle stalled and did not automatically re-start which had me blocking traffic while I turned my vehicle back on. All of these issues have affected the safety of myself and my passengers due to the unexpected stalling as well as electrical power loss, including loss of navigation/communications. It has also resulted in me getting pulled over by law enforcement twice due to swerving while I was looking at the screen when it went black and the other because I was speeding because my Charging System Service alarm went off and I was also unable to determine the speed limit of that road without having my navigation screen working. I believe I have contacted the Ford Dealership regarding the specific loss of the communication and navigation issue and was told they did not have the parts/software available at this time. I have taken my vehicle to an Advance Auto Parts store when the "Charging System Service Now" first appeared and was told it was potentially the alternator. I will have to locate the documentation at a later time.

My 2022 Ford Bronco (2.7L) currently has an open fuel pump module safety recall with no remedy available. Ford has informed us that there is no fix yet and owners must wait until a future repair becomes available. The dealership attempted to replace the fuel pump in hopes of improving the issue, but the repair did not resolve the problem and the vehicle now performs worse than before. The vehicle cannot be safely driven and is currently sitting in my driveway. Ford has acknowledged the issue under case number [XXX] but stated there is currently nothing they can do until a fix becomes available. This leaves us with a vehicle that cannot be safely operated due to a known safety defect with no available remedy. I am submitting this complaint regarding an open safety recall on my vehicle, NHTSA Recall 25V721 (Manufacturer Recall 25SB5), which has been active since October 29, 2025. As of today, the recall remains incomplete and the manufacturer states that no remedy or parts are available, with no estimated timeline provided. The recall involves a potential issue where a front seat frame height-adjust pivot bolt may loosen or dislodge, increasing the risk of injury in a crash. According to the manufacturer, this condition may not be identifiable without an incident or collision. My concern is that: 1.The recall has been open for over three months with no interim remedy, inspection protocol, or mitigation guidance offered to owners. 2.The manufacturer has not provided clear written guidance on whether the vehicle is considered safe for continued operation while awaiting the remedy, beyond stating that parts are unavailable. 3.Owners are left in a prolonged state of uncertainty, despite the recall being classified as safety-related. 4.The lack of interim guidance or remedy availability is causing financial and practical hardship, as vehicles with open safety recalls are restricted from certain lawful uses, even when no symptoms are present. I am requesting that NHTSA review whether the manufacturer’s delay in providing a remedy—or interim safety guidance—meets expectations for timely resolution of a safety recall. I am also requesting that NHTSA encourage the manufacturer to provide either: •An interim inspection or mitigation procedure, or •Clear guidance on vehicle operability and risk while awaiting the final remedy. Thank you for your review of this matter.

The hardtop developed cracks early on during the life of the vehicle. It leaks water. It’s a known issue with Bronco owners with the factory hardtop. Some people have had it replaced more than 3 times due to the same thing continuing to happen.

When braking(going down hill) the Bronco comes to a complete stop and the brakes feel good. But a split second after the full stop, the truck starts to creep forward for about a foot and then you hear a "click noise" and the truck abruptly stops. This is a very scary feeling wondering if your gonna roll into cross traffic. This happens every morning(once every day) and the rest of the day the brakes feel good. This issue has been happening for the last 7 days. I made an appointment with Ford dealer to look at it. Service writer tried looking up any recalls or complaints on this issue and couldn't find anything? On the BroncoG6 forum online, there apparently are other Bronco owners complaining about the same issue. One owner (online) stated that the dealer reprogrammed the ABS system and his truck hasn't repeated the creep anymore. There haven't been any brake, ABS or any warning lamps at all when this happens. This really needs to be resolved before someone get injured.
I believe my vehicle has suffered a cracked/fractured or broken intake valve on cylinder number 4. There is very low compression in that cylinder. I checked it and it only managed to produce 25psi. I inspected the cylinder with a borescope camera and there is no damage or excessive wear to the piston or cylinder bore. They both look pristine with no signs of anything. I could not see either the intake or exhaust valves on my camera. They are the only pieces of the engine I could not inspect that could possible cause a compression issue. It is my understanding that ford is aware of an issue of this happening on some 2.7 Ecoboost engines?
What component or system failed or malfunctioned, and is it available for inspection upon request? - Display for backup camera freezes after putting vehicle in reverse. Yes, it is available for inspection. How was your safety or the safety of others put at risk? - The display freezes when putting the vehicle in revers and the initial image on display of what was behind the vehicle stays the same while moving. If something or someone moves behind the vehicle while moving the image does not update to show that something or someone is now behind the vehicle. Previously recall 23S48 was completed related to the issue but it did not resolve the issue. Vehicle was taken back to the dealer and the dealer informed me that it is a faulty APIM and not the backup camera and is therefore not covered by the recall. This is a significant safety issue and needs remedied regardless of what component needs replaced. Has the problem been reproduced or confirmed by a dealer or independent service center? - Yes Has the vehicle or component been inspected by the manufacturer, police, insurance representatives or others? - Only by the dealer (Midwest Ford in Hutchinson, KS). Were there any warning lamps, messages or other symptoms of the problem prior to the failure, and when did they first appear? - No

I’ve complained to my local Ford dealer about 10-speed transmission issues including to several different service techs. There is a loud clunk and physical movement of the vehicle when shifting from park through to reverse and eventually to drive—it’s the P to R which is most noticeable. I’ve had 3rd party mechanics inspect the clunk, had Ford replace the driveshaft, conducted a trans fluid flush, but the clunk persists. I am concerned that one day, the vehicle will not shift out of park or potentially damage the transmission to an undriveable state outside of warranty. This has persisted for several years. I need Ford to replace the transmission and then conduct research into the issues with the old one once removed.
I took my 2022 Ford bronco Badlands sasquatch in for recall 25s01 rear shock absorber external reservoir corrosion on 01/15/2026 was notified the next day it was fix when I arrived it was not fix they said parts where on backorder and that Ford has placed the recall campaign on hold. I was advised to take vehicle home and they would call back when they hear back from ford. Both rear shocks have failed and reservoir have fallen off. Vehicle is unsafe to drive due to blown rear shocks vehicle is bouncing and feels like it's all over the place

After using a code scanner, the contact received several DTC: U0418 “Invalid data received from the brake system control module”, U0155 “lost communication with instrument panel control module”, P25B0 “Fuel level sensor defective”, U0140 “Lost communication with body control module”, U2403 “Ethernet failure with instrument panel cluster”. The contact stated that a false "Service Advancetrac" message was displayed on the digital instrument panel. In addition, the contact stated that the blind spot information system, collision assist, lane departure, cross traffic alert, and other safety-related features were automatically disabled upon starting the vehicle. The contact manually enabled the features. The manufacturer was notified on several occasions about the failures. The contact was sent a USB drive to reset and fix the errors; however, the failure worsened. The part was not repaired or replaced.
I have experienced a loss of fuel pressure/engine stall on several occasions. I am not sure of the specific dates yet I had to add one on this form. There has been a recall since July 2025, for which Ford has acknowledged this increases the risk of a crash yet there is still no resolution. This is unacceptable, I have listed the recall numbers below. Manufacturer Recall Number 25S75 NHTSA Recall Number 25V455

I own a 2022 Ford Bronco. My vehicle has an electronic brake booster failure that causes multiple warning messages, brake system faults, and loss or reduction of brake assist. When this happens, the vehicle also prevents the 4-wheel drive system from engaging or switching modes. This is especially dangerous during winter conditions. When driving in snow or slippery conditions, I am unable to engage 4WD when it is needed most, while also experiencing brake system warnings. The vehicle becomes difficult to control and does not feel safe to drive. The dealership confirmed this is a known issue affecting multiple Ford Broncos and that the electronic brake booster part is currently back-ordered and unavailable. I was told many vehicles are affected, yet there is no recall for the 2022 model year, even though newer model years have a recall for the same component. This issue creates a serious safety risk due to impaired braking performance and inability to use 4-wheel drive in hazardous conditions. The vehicle had to be parked due to safety concerns. and the he issue happens intermittently, making it unpredictable.

Upon driving the vehicle in the intended fashion for a Ford Bronco Raptor, the vehicle has an issue where when Advanced Track is set as disabled, and the vehicle is shifted in and out of park, the vehicle will then turn Advanced Track back on while still showing it as off on the dashboard. This makes it so when you're driving it in off-road situations, the system will come in making the vehicle potentially slide or stop unexpectedly in terrain, putting it into unsafe conditions. The problem can be reproduced easily, but the dealer and independent service centers refuse to test the vehicle in the state.
The contact owns a 2022 Ford Bronco. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the accelerator pedal was depressed; however, the vehicle failed to accelerate as intended. Additionally, there was a misfire coming from the engine, and the vehicle jerked abnormally while depressing the accelerator pedal. The vehicle was taken to the dealer; however, the failure was not duplicated. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The contact stated that the failure was a persistent failure. The contact later received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V455000 (Fuel System, Gasoline); however, parts were not yet available for the recall repair. The dealer was contacted several times about the recall repair; however, the parts were still not available. The contact was concerned that the recall notification stated that the unrepaired recall could cause a potential fire. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 3,000.
The windshield washer fluid reservoir cracked along its seam and drains completely after a few hours. This was not due to an accident and I have not done off-roading. I live in a snowy environment and not having an operating windshield washer is a MAJOR safety hazard as road salt quickly builds up on the windshield dramatically reducing forward visibility. It also affects the rear window washer, but that’s not as troubling an issue. The defective reservoir is available for inspection. My local mechanic confirmed that the reservoir is cracked. My photo shows the fluid leaking onto the ground. The component has not been inspected by the manufacturer, police or insurance, but has been inspected by a mechanic at my local Chevron station. A “washer fluid low” warning and idiot light appears after the reservoir drains, goes off when fluid is added, and goes on again when the fluid drains out again. I have ordered a replacement reservoir from Ford (which has been revised from the original) plus two required hoses for $477.28 (without installation). An internet search suggests this is a common problem for my vehicle.

Concerns a safety-related defect involving the infotainment system in my 2022 Bronco, which is directly related to an active recall and has not been properly addressed by the manufacturer or dealership. Ford issued a recall concerning the infotainment system due to a safety concern. For over a quarter, Ford had no available fix. The entire time I had my Bronco, my infotainment system repeatedly malfunctioned, required frequent resets, & ultimately failed completely. When I contacted the dealership 10/23/25, the earliest service appt was 12/17/25. Upon arrival, I was informed that the infotainment system would need to be repaired before the recall software update could be applied. I explained that the failure itself was the reason for the recall. Despite this, I was required to pay a $196 diagnostic fee to determine if the failure was recall-related. After the eval, the dealership stated the failure was not Ford’s responsibility & provided an estimate of approximately $1,672.61 w/o tax to repair the system on a '22 vehicle. This determination contradicts the stated safety basis of the recall. I contacted my insurance provider to explore coverage. The claim was denied, w/the insurer stating the issue was not caused by an accident or break-in, but was consistent w/a vehicle defect. Despite this, I was still charged the diagnostic fee. Research indicates the recall involves an electrical defect, not only a software issue. A non-functioning infotainment system impacts access to safety alerts & vehicle information, which presents a legitimate safety risk. Ford & the dealership refused to repair the system under the recall, refund the diagnostic fee, or acknowledge the failure as recall-related. I'm continuing to operate a vehicle w/a known safety defect. I'm requesting NHTSA review if recall remedies are being improperly limited, if consumers are being charged for recall-related defects , and if manufacturer &dealership practices comply w/ fed safety requirements.
