Defect Description
Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Land Rover) is recalling certain 2025 Range Rover, Range Rover Sport, Discovery Sport, and 2026 Range Rover Evoque, and Jaguar F-Pace vehicles. Moisture may have entered the gear shift module (GSM) during assembly, which can cause the gear shift position indicat... Read more
Consequence
A gear shift position indicator that fails to illuminate can make it difficult to identify the correct transmission gear position, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Dealers will replace the GSM, free of charge. Owner letters were mailed December 2, 2025. Owners may contact Land Rover’s customer service at 1-800-637-6837. Land Rover's numbers for this recall are D054 and H566.
