Consequence
A rearview camera image that fails to display reduces the driver's view behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Radio software will be updated by a dealer or through an over-the-air (OTA) update, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed beginning September 1, 2026. Consequence

A rearview image that does not display reduces the driver's view behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Dealers will inspect and reconnect the wiring harness, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 9, 2026. Owners may contact Chrysler customer service at 800-853-1403.
