STRUCTURE:EXTERIOR TRIM
Defect Description
Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2022-2025 Jeep Wagoneer and Jeep Grand Wagoneer vehicles. The trim on the driver and passenger doors may not have been installed properly, which can allow it to detach.
Consequence
Detached trim pieces can create a road hazard for other vehicles, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Dealers will inspect and replace the door trim, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 25, 2025. Owners may contact FCA customer service at 1-800-853-1403. My entire dashboard caught fire due to my a/c controls going out. My a/c dial started smoking before it finally caught fire. My dashboard is now melted where the a/c controls belong.

Coolant pump failure engine failure also caused fire in engine bay. Insurance inspector. Pre shop inspection. No light were on prior to explosion.
