Defect Description
Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2022-2025 Jeep Wagoneer, 2022-2026 Jeep Grand Wagoneer, 2023-2025 Jeep Wagoneer L, and 2023-2026 Jeep Grand Wagoneer L vehicles. The pivot bolts for the roof rack crossbars may not have been tightened properly, allowing them to detach.
Consequence
Detached roof rack crossbars can create a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Dealers will replace the roof rack crossbar pivot bolts, free of charge. Interim notification letters, notifying owners of the safety risk, are expected to be mailed October 8, 2026. Consequence
A TPMS warning light that fails to notify the driver of low tire pressure increases the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Dealers will update the radio frequency hub software, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed beginning September 17, 2026. Defect Description
Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2022-2025 Jeep Wagoneer and Jeep Grand Wagoneer vehicles. The trim on the driver and passenger doors may not have been installed properly, which can allow it to detach.
Consequence
Detached trim pieces can create a road hazard for other vehicles, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Dealers will inspect and replace the door trim, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 25, 2025. Owners may contact FCA customer service at 1-800-853-1403. Coolant pump failure engine failure also caused fire in engine bay. Insurance inspector. Pre shop inspection. No light were on prior to explosion.

GM is unable to remedy this recall. I have been waiting since April 2025 (when the recall was issued) to our family vehicle in to be corrected. This is a serious recall that GM is not taking serious, and this is our family car.
