CERTAIN AIRTEX FUEL PUMP MODULE ASSEMBLIES, P/N E7081H, SOLD FOR USE AS REPLACEMENT EQUIPMENT FOR THE VEHICLES LISTED ABOVE. THE WALL OF THE FLARED FITTING OF THE FUEL PUMP IS NOT THICK ENOUGH TO PREVENT THE MATING THREADED FITTINGS FROM BOTTOMING OUT BEFORE AN ADEQUATE SEAL IS ACHIEVED. THIS CONDITION MAY RESULT IN LEAKAGE OF FUEL AT THE CONNECTION OF THE VEHICLE FUEL LINE AND THE FUEL PUMP MODULE ASSEMBLY.

SINCE I'VE HAD IT THE TWO BELTS IN MY CAR HAVE FALLEN OFF. ALSO MY REAR RIGHT SPEAKER HAS AN ANNOYING RATTLE TO IT. THEY CHANGED MY SPEAKERS AND GAVE ME NEW ONES, BUT THAT WASN'T THE PROBLEM. THE DESIGN IS DIFFERENT FROM THE LEFT SIDE. I WANT THESE PROBLEMS TO BE SOLVED, BUT I DON'T KNOW WHY MY BELTS KEEP FALLING OFF AND HOW TO FIX THE RATTLE IN MY SPEAKER.
FAN BELT COMES OFF OF PULLEYS, ESPECIALLY ON LONG TRIPS AND AT HIGH SPEEDS(70MPH), RESULTS IN LOSE OF ALTERNATOR/WATER PUMP/ AIR CONDITIONER COMPERSOR, AND POWER STEERING. VECHILE IS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO TURN AFTER BELT COMES OFF. THIS HAS HAPPENED A TOTAL OF 7 TIMES AND CAN NOT SEEM TO DETERMINE/FIX PROBLEM. *AK

WHENEVER PULLING OUT HEARS A LOUD BUMPY NOISE IN THE FRAME OF THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN SERVICED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS, YET THE PROBLEM REMAINS UNEXPLAINABLE. THE MANUFACTURER HAS BEEN CONTACTED. *AK
WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 50 MPH,THE VEHICLE DROPPED DOWN ON THE FRAME DUE TO AXLE SHAFT FAILURE, THEN SLOWED DOWN WITHOUT ANY WARNING. DEALER AND MANUFACTURER HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED.*AK
ON ONE OCCASION WHILE DRIVING AT LEAST 55 MPH THE FRONT RIGHT SIDE TIRE FELL OFF TO THE SIDE. ON TWO OTHER OCCASIONS IN A PARKING LOT, THE FRONT RIGHT SIDE/FRONT LEFT SIDE TIRES AGAIN FELL OFF. THE TIRE JUST FELL OFF TO THE GROUND. DEALER AND MANUFACTURER HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED. *AK

FOGGING OF ALL WINDOWS AND A GREAT AMOUNT OF CONDENSATION, DUE TO THIS PROBLEM AN ACCIDENT OCCURED.
DESIGN OF REAR SEATS PROHIBITS ANY USAGE OF CHILD SAFETY SEATS. PARENTS WOULD HAVE TO SIT IN THE REAR AND HOLD INFANT. *AK
