The front grille deflector on my GMC Sierra flew off my truck on a windy day, hit my windshield hard but luckily did not crack it. I do not necessarily like the idea of taking back a potential highway safety hazard 2 hours away from my home on the interstate 70 mph back home once this is fixed / repaired with glue/ epoxy that may need 24-48 hours of drying time to cure. They were showing five fault areas, the Adaptive Cruise Control, Forward Collision Warning, Lane Departure Warning, Lane Keeping Assistance and Parking Collision Warning. When arriving at the Honda dealer service department I was advised that this is a common issue and would mos
... t likely be a front camera failure. After the Honda service department diagnosed the issue they confirmed it was a camera failure. I contacted American Honda asking for goodwill assistance and after giving all of my information, I was sent an email to reply to with the same information. Two days later I received a call and had to go over the same information a third time. I was advised this process would be 2-3 days. Three days later I receive a call and was requested to give the same information a fourth time and the told it would be 3-5 days from then to evaluate and I would receive a call. Four days later I called American Honda for status and was offered a partial goodwill assistance that I would be need to pay $955 for the repair instead of $2200+ which was originally quoted. From working for Acura for 17 years it is obvious that American Honda assisted minimally as the warranty rate is around the same cost. They made the dealer take the cut in pay and endured minimal cost to American Honda and a major cut ended by the dealer. Being this is a common issue with a $2000+ cost, there should be more consideration allowed for this failure.Read more

In December 2025, while driving near [XXX] , the rear bathroom vent window again separated from the operator arm while traveling at highway speed despite prior repair work. The window was violently flapping in the wind and appeared at risk of completely detaching from the RV. This defect creates a serious road hazard because detached glass/window components could strike nearby vehicles or motorists. I am aware of prior Hehr/Lippert recalls involving adhesive-related window failures, but I have not found a recall covering this specific failure point involving separation between the operator arm and vent glass. In December 2025, while driving near [XXX] , the rear bathroom vent window again separated from the operator arm while traveling at highway speed despite prior repair work. The window was violently flapping in the wind and appeared at risk of completely detaching from the RV. This defect creates a serious road hazard because detached glass/window components could strike nearby vehicles or motorists. I am aware of prior Hehr/Lippert recalls involving adhesive-related window failures, but I have not found a recall covering this specific failure point involving separation between the operator arm and vent glass. The defect appears widespread across multiple windows on the RV and has persisted despite repeated repair attempts. I believe this issue warrants investigation and possible expansion of existing Hehr/Lippert window recalls. The combination of reduced steering assist and severely degraded braking performance made the vehicle difficult to control and presented a significant safety risk. I was able to bring the vehicle to a stop and it was later towed to a dealership. At the time of inspection, the battery was found to be dead. I had recently returned from a 5-day trip and the vehicle required a jump start before this driving event. The dealership replaced the battery and stated the vehicle was operating normally after repair. However, the incident involved progressive loss of steering assist followed by significant loss of braking performance at highway speed. I am reporting this as a serious safety concern because multiple critical vehicle control systems were affected while driving. Ok after done charging my Jaguar I Pace I put my car in reverse it made a clicking noise and then had traction battery warning pop up and high voltage battery warning then battery fault in red the car then just pushed itself forward for no reason and almost ran into the charger so I put it in park it stopped clicking. I braked before my automatic brakes hit after I got cut off. I pressed resume in the cruise control and it accelerated pretty quick. I’ve experienced that quite a bit, but there’s been a few times that the car exceeded the set cruising speed while

I noticed an officer on the shoulder leaving the shoulder as I got closer, and he got right behind me and cut his lights on, I look down and the cruise control shows 80 above the speedometer (photo attached taken while pulled over), BUT the arm was past the tick for 90. The officer clocked me at 92 apparently. This is the only time this issue has occurred, and I informed the officer that this happens. I have a court date set for July 9th now. I Googled to see if other owners have this problem. There are others who expressed experiencing this in their K4s and K5s. The AI tool explained the following • "Resume" Behavior: When you press the resume button, the car attempts to get back to 80 mph as quickly as possible. Also when I put the vehicle into drive, the screen stayed on the backup camera after it eventually unfroze, showing the road behind me, it was very distracting. Last July my car was overheating and breaking down as I was driving on I4 to work one morning which it overheated and broke down which was the precursor the last time My engine blew in December 2024 which the engine was already repaired January 2022 (Dumphy Ford,Pa), December 2022 (Tropical Ford, Fl) then I got notices there is a recall with the oil pump and belt since February 2023 however the
... remedy parts were not available and kept getting notices that the parts would be in by fall 2024 then it kept getting pushed back when they would be available, meanwhile my car broke down again July 2024 which the engine needed to be replaced and was covered because oil and coolant was leaking into the engine due to the recall and they still didn’t have parts available and then car broke down again December 2024 which Tropical Ford covered because the recall parts were still not available.
