Whenever I fill ip the tank I get a fuel smell inside the vehicle. I do not overfill the tank and always stop filling when the fuel pump stops the first time. I have not been able to identify a leak and have not seen fuel leaking under the vehicle. The smell is strong for about the first 1/4 tank of use.

UNKNOWN The frame and wall of the RV seem to be separating. This is called frame flex in the industry. We are having the RV inspected to be sure. If this is confirmed it could put the passengers and others on the highway at risk. There were no warnings with the exception of physical seeing the damage before a professional inspection was done.

The vehicle developed a rattle at idle and noise from the transmission bell housing area. Lafayette Ford in North Carolina has confirmed the issue is caused by a cracked flexplate, which is a known defect covered under Ford Customer Satisfaction Program 22N12.
