Incident Narrative

An employee was standing on the deck of a trailer that was coupled to a semi-truck. He then began climbing down the ladder attached to the chassis of the truck. As he reached the last step, he slipped and fell approximately 3 feet to the ground, landing on his right wrist and fracturing it.
