Incident Narrative

An employee was unloading goods from a semi-truck using a lift gate. He was rearranging a pallet of goods so the customer could use a forklift to unload it when he stepped backward off the gate. He fell approximately 3 feet onto concrete. He struck his head on the concrete and sustained a fracture to the back of the skull.
