Incident Narrative
An employee was using denatured alcohol to remove glue from a vehicle. The employee lit a small amount of the alcohol on fire, which ignited the vapor from the alcohol bottle and caused the bottle to explode. The employee sustained second and third degree burns on his upper left torso.
