However, the vehicle continues to exhibit transmission-related symptoms, and I am concerned that the underlying condition may be related to or aggravated by the conditions addressed in Recall 24S37. I am requesting that Ford review this case and determine whether additional diagnostic evaluation or repairs should be considered. However, they refuse to accept that the codes have anything to do with the recall, even though it is the same part and the affected sensor that is triggering the error codes on the scanner. They are asking me to pay for the transmission repair because the codes are not the ones approved for the recall, but based on the signs and symptoms the truck is showing, it is a chain reaction that triggered the previously mentioned failures. At every vehicle startup, multiple warning messages appear on the dashboard indicating failure of the driver assistance safety system. The warnings include Collision Mitigation System Problem, Lane Keeping Assist System Problem, and Auto High Beam System Problem. The issue occurs immediately upon ig
... nition while the vehicle is stationary and resets each time the vehicle is turned off and restarted. The problem is persistent and has not resolved over time. The vehicle was inspected by an authorized dealership and diagnosed with a diagnostic trouble code indicating an internal failure of the forward-facing camera unit used for the driver assistance system. The repair recommendation was replacement of the camera module and calibration. This malfunction affects the vehicle’s advanced driver assistance safety systems, which are designed to support collision avoidance and lane keeping. The failure may result in reduced or non-functioning safety features while driving, increasing the risk of unsafe operation without full driver assistance functionality. No windshield replacement or external impact has occurred that would explain camera damage. The issue began without any known external cause and continues consistently at every startup.Read more

We demand a buyback from GM for putting this death trap on the market knowing they had these issues with 2024 models but continuing to roll 2025 and 2026 models with the same issues.Read more

I received a recall notice for my car in Oct 2025 that the rear-view mirror may go blank while using it. This has happened on several occasions while I am driving in reverse and using the review view camera for guidance- it either goes blank or reverts to my entertainment screen while in use. I
... contacted Palmetto FORD in June 2026 to get this recall fixed but they stated the parts are still not available, they do not even have a replacement part number, nor do they know when this remedy will be available. I believe this is an unreasonable time frame to have a safety recall issue resolved and with no resolution date in sight.Read more

Over a dozen times, when my car sits outside in the sun on a hot day, my drivers side seat belt becomes locked in the retracted position. I am unable to use my seatbelt until my car cools down which takes appoximately 15-20 of my AC running on MAX AC. During this time, I either have to sit in my car
... and not drive or I have to drive without a seatbelt until it unlocks. This is a safety hazard because as a healthcare worker, I need to be able to get to my job when I need to be there. At any given time, I should be able to get into my vehicle and drive immediately with my seatbelt on. No warning lights come up on my dash when this occurs, I just can't put my seatbelt on. I brought the vehicle to the dealership and they said I need to replace my seatbelt for the price of ~$950. This is something that needs to be recalled and repaired at the cost of FORD. I have read numerous people online complaining of the exact same issue with their driver side seatbelt.Read more

Incident date: May 21, 2026
Driver's side daytime running lights have gone out already after fairly low mileage. Have since discovered this is a very common issue for this model and requires entire headlight assembly replacement, which is over $1,000. This prohibitive cost lessens the likelihood of replacement for many drivers
... and since it is not legally required it negates the added safety value of these lights.Read more

My daughter hit a deer while she was on the interstate, so she had her cruise control set at 72 mph, the deer came up out of the left/median ditch (she was in the left lane at the time). There was no warning as she did not see it at all, so there was an immediate, intense impact, enough where the ho
... od of the car ended up opening up and smashing and coming to rest against the windshield. The Front end of the Atlas was HEAVILY damaged and NO AIRBAGS DEPLOYED at all! The vehicle's seatbelt did lock up and keep her from slamming into the steering column and windshield and the vehicle's Front Assist Braking system did engage after the impact to slow her down and actually tried pulling her to the side of the road, although, that could be a flaw as well as it assumed that she was in the right lane of the road to begin with, so it pulled her to stop in the middle of the right lane of the Interstate. Thankfully it was late enough in the evening and no other traffic so she was able to figure that out in her post accident confusion and was able to get the car further off the road and call for help. The Atlas had to be towed from the scene. Prior to this incident there has been no issues with any warning lights coming on and we have had all past recalls taken care of through the VW Dealership we bought our VW from, so we assume that they were taken care of properly.Read more

The hood release latch cable on my 2021 VW Atlas snapped, making it impossible to access the engine compartment. This happened as I was at the store to change the battery in my vehicle. I had to jump start the vehicle twice earlier that day, as the battery was wearing out. Because the hood would not
... open, I was unable to change the battery. Luckily, the vehicle started, so I could drive it home, but otherwise I would have been stranded with no way to start the vehicle as I would not have been able to open the hood and access the engine or battery. This is a serious safety concern. It should never happen on any vehicle, but certainly not on a vehicle that is only a few years old.Read more

WE PURCHASED THE MOTOR HOME FROM CAMPING WORLD IN JUNE OF 2025. IT WAS TRANSPORTED TO TEXAS AND WE FLEW TO PICK IT UP. WHEN WE WENT TO VIEW THE MOTOR HOME THERE WAS TAPE ON TWO OF THE WINDOWS, AND WHEN I QUESTIONED WHY, THEY STATED THAT THE BRACKET BROKE AND THEY WOULD FIX IT. WHEN WE PICKED IT
... UP TO DRIVE HOME THE WINDOWS NO LONGER HAD TAPE ON IT AND WE ASSUMED THAT THEY HAD REPLACED THE BRACKETS. WE WERE HALF WAY BACK TO WEST VIRGINIA WHEN WE REALIZED THAT ALL THEY HAD DONE WAS PUT COMMAND STRIPS ON THE WINDOWS TO HOLD THEM. ONE OF THE WINDOWS CAME OUT AND WHEN I REASEARCHED HOW TO PUT IT BACK IN, I FOUND THAT THERE WAS A RECALL RC00023I, THAT THERE WAS ADHESIVE FAIL ON THE VENTED PORTION OF THE WINDOWS. WE FURTHER CHECKED AND FOUND THIS WAS A PROBLEM ON ALL THE VENTED WINDOWS. WE TOOK IT TO CAMPING WORLD IN AKRON, OHIO AND THEY STATED THAT OUR VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED EVEN THOUGHT THE WINDOWS HAD FAIL AS THE RECALL WARNED. THEY SAID THAT THEY CALLED THOR, BUT THEY SAID IT WAS NOT COVERED. WE CALLED THOR BUT THEY TOO SAID IT WAS NOT COVERED. I ASK HOW THAT COULD BE SINCE IT WAS A 2019 AND THAT THE FAILURE WAS EXACTLY WHAT HAD HAPPENED ON OUR COACH. THEY SAID THEY WOULD GET BACK TO US AND IT HAS BEEN A YEAR AND WE HAVE NOT HEARD A THING. I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW IT COULD NOT BE COVERED UNDER THE RECALL SINCE THE FAILURE IS EXACTLY WHAT OUR PROBLEM IS. Took my 2020 kia telluride for emission software update after being notified by the the dealership. Two days later my check engine light keeps coming on and off. I called the dealership and the said to bring it in only if the light is on. The next day my engine light once again keeps going on and

Also when I first start my car in the morning by RPM needle goes up and down as well as my a/c blow strong and then low matching rpm needle. My car seems to pull on hills it feels as there is not enough power to make it up the hill and my car also shakes. My Pathfinder has 19798 miles and I was informed that the brake pads are 3mm or less need replaced and the rotor resurfaced. The front brakes are at 7mm at the same mileage. I do not tow anything and use for city and highway driving. My complaint is that at this rate I will have to change my rear
... brakes twice as often and have them inspected more often. The cost for brake replacement at twice the rate of front brakes is 2x. I am concerned that there is a design flaw that can lead to rear brakes failing if I do not have them inspected twice as often as the front brake wear. Typically the front brakes handle 60-70% of the breaking force due to weight transfer. If the rear brake pads are wearing out before the front brake pads, and the rotors need resurfaced it seems that heat buildup due to increased brake wear is affecting the rotors. Thank you for your attention to this matter.Read more
