I have been having issues with the vehicles audio speakers for a few months now, having random momentary bursts of full volume static noise, as well as sometimes consistent static noise that doesn’t stop for up to 30 mins even after the vehicle is turned off. I proceeded on my route to my destination when I smelled electrical burning smell, suddenly the front left driver speaker on the dashboard sparked and saw small flash of flames and smoke started rolling from the speaker itself. The sound of static continued and the smoke kept going for about 10 mins before the speaker stopped and then the smoke stopped. I towed the vehicle to the ford dealership where I bought it brand new last year, they are currently evaluating it to see what happened and if it is a manufacture issues. None of The speakers or any other part of this vehicle has been altered in any way at all, no aftermarket parts, of anything. Original OEM. Alll prior recalls are up to date, I was not hurt thankfully. Online there is other reports of speaker and sound amp issues with this model but see no recalls on it.Read more

The contact owns a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, a flashing check engine warning light appeared on the instrument panel. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where the received fault code PO300 which was a general code for a misfire in the engine. ... the contact was given the same information. The contact then received a "Low Oil, Check Oil", the contact checked the oil and discovered no oil on the engine's dipstick. Due to the failure, the vehicle was towed back to the dealer where they began an oil consumption test. The valves collapsed and the dealer replaced the valve in cylinders 1,3,5, and 7 as well as the spark plugs. Despite the repair, the contact stated that the failure returned almost two months later. The contact continued the oil consumption test and stated that the vehicle was losing 3 quarts of oil each oil change. The manufacturer had been notified of the failure on multiple occasions and had made multiple vehicle buyback requested; the manufacturer denied each buyback request. After his latest phone call with the manufacturer, he was referred to the NHTSA Hotline to file a complaint. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 12,000.Read more

I didn't trust them based on their report it stolen statement. I had the police get my car back. I took it to another dealer where it passed recall easily. I believe they wanted my car for a customer, and tried to get away with this ruse.

Check engine light came on getting to highway speeds about 50 mph. Transmission went into limp mode at around 75k miles. Dealership told me my transmission was low on fluid. I had a transmission issue due to that same week. They told me to hold off on the flush because it was odd that a Toyota transmission is going in limp mode and with a check engine light at this mileage.

I have 3 personal friends who checked their same Evenflo Revolve 350 car seat to find fraying in the exact same spots. And dozens of posts online with pictures showing the exact issues as well. The integrity of that straps in these seats are obviously compromised for so many peop

Evenflo is telling us all it's due to "external factors such as a mouse" but it would not all be the same car seat it happens to, in the exact same place on the seat, to people who drive their vehicles daily and have no other wings of rodents in their vehicle or issues with the other car seats installed in the vehicle.Baby/children's car seat safety is SO important and the strength of these straps needs investigated before someone is in a crash and their child's harness rips! February 14 early afternoon the car was just acting funny like I didn’t wanna go started jerking I pulled over on I-95 where the car continue to jerk and act funny so I cut the car off. This defect placed all six passengers in immediate and imminent peril. To reach the shoulder, we were forced to navigate a dead vehicle across four lanes of active traffic, resulting in multiple near-miss collisions. The danger continued as we were stranded on the narrow shoulder of a major interstate. For our own safety, five passengers had to evacuate the vehicle on foot, crossing a busy two-lane exit ramp to reach a location where an Uber could safely retrieve them. Two days later the Dealership mechanic confirmed the issue was a failed Electronic Brake which must be replaced. Car has now been with Dealer for 10 days. Transfer case failure. I was driving my 2021 Acura TLX Type S when I suddenly heard a loud pop from underneath the car. Right after that, the SH AWD system stopped working and the car was only driving in front wheel drive. I’ve also seen that a lot of other 2021 to 2023 TLX Type S owners have had the same problem. It’s concerning because the AWD system failed out of nowhere, especially since the car depends on it for traction and stability. After having to have my vehicle towed to & held by the dealership for a total of 3 months altogether over the course of two separate engine rebuilds due to a national recall on faulty oil pump parts, my vehicle's check engine light came on & gave a message that there was an issue with the emissions system. I am now experiencing multiple engine system faults EVERY SINGLE TIME I refuel my vehicle wh

APIM real‑time clock failure. Dealer refuses repair, states ‘software issue’ for 16 months. Clock resets instantly to 12:00, cannot retain time. Will also blink sometime to current time and then immediately back to 12:00. This displays both on my head unit as well as my heads up display.

I pulled my Tesla Model S in a parking lot, and as I turned the car into a parking spot, the car suddenly accelerated, jumped the curb next to the parking lot and hit a tree. The car speed when I pulled into the parking lot and then into a parking spot was very low. so I was very surprised and startled to see the car suddenly on its own accelerating and jumping the curb.
