While operating my truck i have a air bag warning indicator come up on my cluster gage. With the light still one and engine running I immediately drove the vehicle to my local Ram dealer to seek assistance. I had spoken to a service advisor who checked my vehicle in for service. The service advisor did confirm the SRS light was on. After the tech did a diagnostic they found no stored service codes
... , the dealer cleared rhe codes, and said there was no issue and no repairs was performed. I find it very strange for the light to just randomly comon and there is no issues. I have reason to believe the dealership was not being transparent and did not provide the full scope of work performed on this truck.Read more

I am filing a safety complaint regarding a persistent soft brake pedal condition affecting my truck. Under normal driving conditions and especially during low-speed braking with no trailer or payload attached, the brake pedal feels excessively soft and requires additional pedal travel before adequate braking response occurs. The authorized dealer inspected the vehicle and replaced the brake pads
... and resurfaced the rotors; however, the soft brake pedal condition continues unchanged. After further evaluation, the dealer stated that their engineer determined the vehicle is operating within factory specifications and declined to pursue any additional diagnosis or repairs. I use this truck for towing an RV, and due to the abnormal brake feel and reduced confidence in braking performance, I do not feel safe towing with this vehicle. As a result, the truck remains parked at my residence because I believe continued operation may present a safety risk. I have driven other trucks of the exact same year and model that exhibited significantly firmer and more responsive brake pedal feel, which leads me to believe my vehicle is not operating normally despite the dealer’s claims. In addition, I have found numerous online reports from other owners describing similar soft brake pedal complaints, including reports of lemon law claims and unresolved brake concerns. I am requesting that NHTSA investigate this issue for potential brake system defects or inconsistent braking performance that could affect vehicle safety, particularly during towing or emergency braking situations.Read more

On a recent drive, my 2024 Mercedes-Benz E350 VIN: [XXX] suffered a catastrophic safety hazard involving a complete loss of drive power and sudden engine shutdown while operating at highway speeds. I had to navigate across active highway lanes with no engine propulsion to reach safety. Simultaneously, the vehicle experienced a widespread failure of its master interior electrical grid. The driv

Multiple interior USB charging ports and the passenger-side power seat also lost power entirely. This combination of engine stalling and localized interior electronic failure strongly aligns with NHTSA Recall 24V-115, which involves faulty 80-Amp fuses in the main fuse box causing a loss of propulsion. The vehicle also currently displays an open, unresolved safety recall for its airbag systems. The manufacturer's dealership is attempting to charge multiple diagnostic fees to investigate these interconnected issues rather than processing them under an active safety campaign. I am filing this report to document a severe, active propulsion failure in the field that represents an immediate threat to life and highway safety. We bought this vehicle from Carvana in February 2023. Since very early on owning this vehicle, the engine hesitated and stuttered when trying to shift from first to second gear, and would lunge forward slightly. In December 2024, I received a letter from Ford Motor Company about a customer satisfaction program, Campaign 24N07. The letter addressed the symptoms my vehicle exhibited, including engin
... e hesitation, engine running rough, and engine stalling at low speeds, though the check engine light was not on. The letter states that Ford Motor Company provides a one-time replacement of the canister purge valve, given these symptoms and the check engine light being on. When I called all the local Ford dealerships, they refused to do it because the check engine light was not on, and that Ford Motor Company issued this as a customer satisfaction program, rather than a safety recall.Everything that was listed in Campaign 24N07 is MOST DEFINITELY a safety issue, and should not be taken lightly. It is highly concerning that Ford Motor Company didn’t think to consider ENGINE ISSUES a safety recall. The class action lawsuit Vargas et al v. Ford Motor Company had a deadline of November 4, 2020, which was 2 years and 3 months prior to us buying the vehicle, so any vehicles of the affected years and models should have been either repaired, or not allowed to be sold unless the repairs were done by an authorized Ford dealership. This information was not told to us when we bought the vehicle. On May 25, 2026, while driving, the engine fault and steering assist fault warnings came on, as well as the check engine light. When we were able to safely park the car, we discovered the entire power train is non operational. The engine no longer turns over, and we are now having to buy a new car.Read more

We have had several transmission issues with this vehicle for over a year. On March 5th we dropped the car off for an oil leak, a malfunctioning middle row seat belt, and an on going transmission clunk and roll. ... em. The car went back to the dealer again on March 26 for the transmission clunk and roll. They kept it for 8 weeks, and said they couldn’t replicate the issue. I have confirmation that they didn’t even start the vehicle for 4 weeks. We picked up the Vehicle on May 22, and the issue persists. Yesterday, when pulling out of a gas station, the vehicle accelerated on its own until I intervened stepping on the brake pedal. When I typed in the issue to Google, I was made aware that the vehicle now has a front seat belt safety recall from April 6, which the dealer didn’t even advise us on or offer to repair. I am finding out about this on an interstate family drive and we are of course terrified of driving our vehicle now, based on the unintended accessories and now faulty front seat seat belts. I have asked Hyundai serval times for a buy back which they have refused. Corporate has asked us to bring the car back to the dealer this week, and we are about to sign papers with a lemon law lawyer tomorrow. I wanted to at least file this complaint so that it is in writing should something happen to us in our travels this week. This has all been so unacceptable with Hyundai. We bought this car new and it is paid off.Read more

This here is the continuation of complain # 11736595 and Ford case # 01747943. The aim is to inform NHTSA and Ford that this issue at hand is already a recall from other years on the same car model, materialized by NHTSA Campaign Number: 22V192 and Ford Recall Number: 22S20. There is no need to identify if this issue can be recalled, it was already identified as necessary in the past. Yet, this o
... ne VIN here was left out from the list. The images attached here will show: water dripping from center mirror on dashboard, windshield fog on just about every morning and drive without AC and a video (available) showing windshield glass completely off from its adhesive. Solution offered is having Ford to also include this and other related VINs to its recall 22S20 or create a new near identical recall.Read more

The component that failed was the tire/wheel system on a rental vehicle from Enterprise. While driving on a dry highway in New Mexico, a tire pressure warning light appeared. Because we were in a remote area, we stopped at the nearest gas station and added air to the tire. After adding air, the warning light temporarily turned off, so I believed the issue was low tire pressure. However, while cont
... inuing to drive, the warning light came back on. We were traveling through an isolated area where towns and service stations were very far apart, and I was attempting to safely make it to the next available gas station or service area. While driving at highway speed, I suddenly heard a loud “boom boom boom” noise. Immediately afterward, I saw the tire detach from the vehicle and roll in front of me before going off to the side of the roadway. I quickly attempted to safely pull the vehicle over. The sudden tire separation created a serious safety hazard for myself, my passengers, and other drivers on the highway. There was a risk of losing control of the vehicle, rollover, collision, or secondary accidents caused by debris or the detached tire. Other vehicles had to maneuver around us after the incident. The problem was not caused by weather conditions, debris impact, or unsafe driving. The failure happened during normal highway driving in dry conditions. The tire itself was not recovered after the incident. An Enterprise representative later asked where the tire was, but due to the sudden nature of the event and the remote location, we were unable to retrieve it. To my knowledge, the vehicle has not yet been formally inspected by the manufacturer or an independent repair facility. However, the vehicle should be inspected for possible tire defects, maintenance failures, wheel assembly problems, or improper installation. The incident was reported to Enterprise, and I contacted customer service multiple times regarding the safety issue and resulting damages and expenses.Read more

I shut the car off and sat for several minutes before restarting my vehicle. It successfully restart

I had the vehicle towed to the local Hyundai dealer and they also pulled the same code and indicated I have an oil consumption issue explained as follows "Timing over advanced. Timing components driven by oil pressure. Inspected cylinders and borescope and found cylinder wall scoring and faulty piston rings. Radiator has crack causing coolant leak. Engine will have to be replaced to remedy oil consumption. Radiator will need to be replaced to remedy leak." resulting in over $12k of repair work. The vehicle's temperature gauge did not indicate any abnormalities nor did the oil light come on to indicate any oil consumption issues. The vehicle was driven from the dealer to my home within city limits/speed and has not replicated the acceleration issue but the CEL remains on as the repair is too costly and is more than what was paid for the vehicle.Read more

I am reporting an issue with the driver seat in my 2026 Toyota Camry. The seat exhibits abnormal movement, shifting, instability, and popping sensations in the seatback area during normal driving conditions. The issue feels like looseness or movement of internal seat components and creates a distraction and potential safety concern while operating the vehicle. I brought the vehicle to a Toyota de
... alership for inspection. The dealership acknowledged the issue and opened a TAS (Technical Assistance System) case with Toyota Motor Corporation. An attempted repair and inspection were performed; however, the issue still persists. After researching online owner forums and discussions, I found multiple reports from other Toyota Camry owners describing similar driver seat problems, suggesting this may not be an isolated incident. The ongoing seat movement negatively affects driver confidence and comfort and may create a safety risk by distracting the driver or altering seating position while driving.Read more

1. The component/system that failed appears to be related to the vehicle’s braking/safety assistance system, which is now associated with the recall affecting certain Hyundai Tucson vehicles. At the time of the accident, the vehicle suddenly became difficult to control during highway driving, which ultimately resulted in the crash. The vehicle was declared a total loss, but insurance records, ph
... otographs, and inspection documentation should still be available upon request. 2. My safety and the safety of others were put at serious risk because the vehicle lost stability/control while I was operating it on the highway. The accident caused the vehicle to flip, resulting in injuries and creating a dangerous situation for myself and surrounding drivers. 3. The issue itself was not fully reproduced prior to the accident, however the recall now issued by Hyundai appears to involve the same or similar malfunction connected to braking/safety system concerns. The vehicle was inspected after the accident through the insurance process and body shop estimates were completed before it was declared a total loss. 4. The vehicle has been inspected by insurance representatives, towing personnel, and others involved in the claims process following the accident. Police also responded to the accident scene and completed an accident report. 5. Prior to the failure/accident, there were no clear warnings that would have indicated the severity of the issue. If applicable, there may have been occasional warning indicators or abnormal vehicle behavior before the crash, but no information was provided to me at that time indicating the vehicle was subject to a safety recall. The emergency brake has been horrible since i’ve purchased the car, i’ve almost crashed or gotten hit numerous of times.Read more

Had a warning on my vehicle that said Electric Park Brake fault. Prior year vehicles had this issue that resulted in a recall. When the warning light came on the dealership was able to get the car in and fix it immediately.

My front windshield cracked without any impact. I noticed quite a few honda pilots on the road with almost the exact same crack. It started on the passenger side and went completely across to the driver's side.

I was driving on freeway and went to pass a semi. The suv hesitated and had terrible turbo lag. It almost caused an accident if it hadn’t been for the truck behind me taking action to avoid a collision.

This has been a recall for over 5 months and my van is still not repaired and my two middle seats are unsafe for my children to be in. Toyota and the dealership say there is no fix, but the car is unsafe in the second row per their recommendation.
