Full Narrative
The Australian Transport Safety Bureau (ATSB) of Australia has notified the NTSB of an incident involving an Airbus A330-343, which occurred on September 11, 2016. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the ATSB investigation under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13 as the State of Manufacture of airplane components.
