Incident Narrative
An employee was in a boom lift to install PVC panels into a skylight dormer. The employee fell approximately 20 feet to the concrete ground inside the building and sustained fractures to their right ankle, tibia, fibula, and scapula, as well as head trauma, a brain bleed, two fractured ribs on the left side, and lumbar fractures. Fall protection was not worn at the time.
