On February 20, 2025, an employee was framing a new two-story home. He was installing decking on a second-story roof when he slipped and fell approximately 8 feet to the first-story roof. He then fell approximately 10 feet to the ground. The employee sustained broken legs that required hospitalization and surgery. Fall protection was not worn at the time.
