An employee was working on a project to remove the shafts of propellers and was working from a scaffold 15-18 feet from the ground. While working, one of the scaffold planks came loose and they fell through the scaffold to the lower level. The employee broke two ribs while trying to catch themself and fractured their heel from the impact of the fall.
