Incident Narrative
A tree climber finished pruning a live oak and was getting ready to come down from the tree. His his glove got stuck in the rope wrench and it pulled his hitch down resulting in a rapid descent of about 20-25 feet. The employee landed hard on the concrete patio with his right foot and sustained a fractured bone in the foot and bruising. The employee was hospitalized.
