Incident Narrative

An employee was walking along the concourse in a stadium when they were struck from behind by a food cart that was being pushed. The cart lacerated the back of their left ankle and the employee fell to the ground, sustaining injuries. They were hospitalized for the ankle injury which required surgery to repair their Achilles tendon.
