Incident Narrative
On May 6, 2024, an employee was checking to see if a trailer door was going to collide with a dock that was 4 feet high. The employee climbed down the dock using the trailer bumpers on the dock wall when they fell to the concrete below, resulting in a lower left leg and hip injury that required hospitalization.
