Incident Narrative
A truck driver was loading a flatbed trailer in the loading dock. The load on the trailer consisted of several toolboxes and a forklift. While adjusting the width of the forklift forks, the driver kicked the forks, then lost their balance and fell approximately 3 feet from the trailer to the ground. The employee's leg was fractured below the knee.
