Incident Narrative
An employee was helping co-workers perform final testing of a flatbed trailer. The employee was positioning the weight box toward the front of the trailer when they tripped on the landing leg and fell approximately 5 feet to the concrete floor below. They suffered injuries that included three broken ribs and a chipped L4 vertebra that resulted in hospitalization.
