Incident Narrative

An employee was working on an A-frame ladder installing metal trim on the side of a building. The employee was approximately 6 feet up when the trim came loose causing the employee to lose balance. The employee jumped from the ladder to the ground below sustaining a laceration on his right forearm from contacting a piece of metal trim and a broken left ankle from the fall.
