Incident Narrative
An employee was on a ladder 6 to 7 feet high performing maintenance work on a light fixture. The employee received and electrical shock and fell from the ladder to the floor. The employee was hospitalized with two fractured vertebrae, a fractured left humerus, and an electrical burn on his hand.
