Incident Narrative
An employee was participating in a maritime training exercise, making entry onto a boat that was dry-docked. He had ascended a 10-to-12-foot ladder secured to the side of the boat. He was then descending onto the boat and fell approximately two feet from the ladder onto the deck of the boat. The employee was hospitalized with a fractured right wrist and ruptured right patella tendon.
