Incident Narrative

On 12/12/2022, at about 11:25 AM, an employee had been cutting decking on the second floor of a building. While walking backward, he stepped off the end of the deck and fell approximately 14.5 feet to the concrete floor. The employee was hospitalized with back, rib, and pelvic injuries. The employee was wearing a harness at the time.
