Incident Narrative
An employee was using a 24' extension ladder that was extended approximately 18' to hang a gutter on a wet deck. The ladder gave out, causing it to slide. The employee fell approximately 14' from the ladder to the ground. The employee sustained an ankle fracture and was hospitalized.
