Incident Narrative
An employee was cleaning gutters on the roof of a building. While climbing off the roof using a ladder, the ladder slipped and fell. The employee's feet got tangled between two rungs during the fall to the wood deck approximately 12 feet below. The employee landed on his back and side. The employee's pelvis was shattered.
