Incident Narrative
An employee was replacing the housing on a water system mounted above a sink while standing on a portable step stool-dolly and countertop. The employee lost his balance when he stepped off the counter onto the step stool and fell approximately 2.5 feet to the floor, resulting in a left tibia fracture.
