Incident Narrative

An employee was straddling a bundle of tubes on the floor while cutting the banding off a bundle of tubes on a table. The bundle on the table separated when the band was cut. One of the tubes bounced off the table, landed on the employee's right leg, and pinned it against the tubes on the floor. The employee's leg was broken.
