Incident Narrative

The motor on the side of an oil tank, approximately 3-4 feet off the ground and weighing about 585 pounds, fell off a skid and landed on an employee's leg. The employee suffered an open fracture of the left tibia and fibula, as well as a laceration of the left middle finger.
