Three employees were preparing to unload a railcar. The railcar's sliding door had been opened and injured employee was outside the railcar making connections for the dock plate when a 400-pound cheese barrel fell through the railcar's sliding door opening and struck the employee. The employee suffered a broken left leg and was hospitalized.
