Two employees were lowering a crate of landscape edging that was stacked upright in a trailer onto a pallet. The crate slipped and bounced off the pallet, striking one employee's right ankle and knocking him to the ground. He suffered a crushing injury to the foot and ankle with a strain, as well as a lower back strain.
