Incident Narrative
An employee was at the rear of a trailer truck opening the rear door to unload product into the warehouse when a stack of 24 pallets in the truck fell on him knocking him onto the concrete lot. The employee suffered crush injuries resulting in damage to their bones and organs including a broken back, fractured ribs, broken legs, a punctured lung, and additional crush injuries that required surgery.
