Incident Narrative
An employee was servicing a truck-mounted loader crane. The crane started up and pinned the employee between the crane and the cab of the truck. The employee then fell approximately 3.5 feet to the ground, suffering fractured ribs, a punctured lung, fractured vertebrae, and a broken arm.
