Incident Narrative
Two employees were doing repairs on a backhoe's outrigger. While they were using a forklift with a ratchet strap to position the outrigger, the ratchet strap came loose and struck one of the employees in the face. He fell into the stairs of the backhoe. He suffered lacerations and impact injuries to the face and head and was hospitalized.
