Incident Narrative

An employee was trying to fix the alignment of a wheel that was keeping a bay door stuck in the closed position. He was trying to adjust a bracket to manually adjust the wheel when the bracket sprang loose and hit him in the left eye area. He suffered lacerations and was hospitalized.
