At about 3:40 a.m., a frac crew was pumping a stage when a conveyor belt on a sand hulk became clogged. An employee had just removed a clog in the equipment when the belt began to run again and pulled in the employee by the left arm. The employee suffered an injury to the hand and arm and was hospitalized.
