Incident Narrative
An employee was setting a metal strip coil in a mill utilizing one of the racks. As the employee was pulling out the crane, the hook caught the last coil and pulled it out of the rack. When the coil tipped backward off the rack, it fell, pinning his right leg to the ground and crushing it.
