An employee had been pruning a tree using an arborist rope saddle and climbing equipment. While descending to the ground, the knot securing his rope to the harness became untied. The employee fell 15 feet onto a landscaped area of the property. The employee was hospitalized with possible broken ribs and shoulder and lower back injuries.
