Incident Narrative
An employee was loading medium-sized window frames onto a utility trailer. As he pulled on the rope to tie a frame to the trailer, the knot came undone from the trailer causing the employee to fall backward about 2.5 feet to the ground. His leg was caught in the trailer after the fall. The employee sustained a fractured right leg and was hospitalized for surgery.
