Two employees were performing maintenance and repair on a press. Each one of them was standing on a ladder. One of them slipped on the third rung from the bottom of their ladder and fell about 3 feet, striking a protruding part of the press. The employee suffered broken ribs and a lacerated arm, and was hospitalized.
