Incident Narrative
Earlier in the day the injured employee was visiting a client and had tripped on the curb, injuring his shoulder. A few hours later while at the office, he began to feel ill. The employee passed out and landed on the floor in an awkward position resulting in a fractured left foot and a dislocated left ankle. The employee was hospitalized.
