Incident Narrative
A window assembler was setting completed mulled windows (about 6 feet wide and 8 feet high) onto the shipping cart (4 feet deep and 8 feet long). When he went to maneuver the cart containing the seven mulled windows to set more windows, some of the windows fell off the cart and onto him. He was hospitalized for a spinal cord injury.
