Incident Narrative
An employee was sandblasting sheets on the ground. The sandblaster was low on media, and the employee released the trigger to refill it. The hose applied pressure to the employee's wrist, which twisted toward the employee's upper leg and hip. The sandblaster then shot media into the employee's midsection, causing a laceration between the hip and leg.
