An employee was helping to move a pipe using a tagline. The pipe was being lifted by a forklift. The pipe began to swing and the employee placed a hand on the pipe to stop it from swinging. The employee's pinky finger became caught between the pipe and one of the forks. The pinky finger was surgically amputated.
